Rashmi Sharma will be bringing in a unique Hospital Drama which will have telecast time of 1 hour and for this show. The story of the show will trace the journey of a young intern who wishes to fulfill her mother’s dream. The show is an adaptation of popular medical drama in America titled House.

Marathi actress Swarda will be seen as the female actress in the show. She will essay the role of the young intern named Sanchi Mishra.

Swarda Thigale is known for her role as Shubra in Majhe Mann Tujhe Zhale (Marcthi serial). In that she plays a student, who falls in love with her professor. She also worked in the role of Ramabai Ambedkar in a natak Vadal Hya Krantiche.

Colors TV is gearing up for a new show title Shakti, a family drama which will be produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions.

After winning many hearts with his amazing dance moves in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, the stunningly hot and romantic RK of Madhubala will now be back on TV with Shakti serial on Colors.

According to a source, the serial will be a family drama with its backdrop as Punjab and  will have Vivian as the lead, in a brand new avatar. The show was earlier titled as Gurdaspur. Now it its reported that the show would be called ‘Shakti‘

“‘Shakti – Astitva ke Ehsaas Kii’ will have an interesting story line that would entertain the viewers. Without revealing too much, the only thing I can say is that Surbhi’s character is a strong one and will play a crucial role in shaping up the storyline,” Roshni said in a statement.

The show will also depict the strong emotional connect between a chacha and batija. While Vivian will play the batija, the chacha’s role has been bagged by a mighty popular actor.

About Silsila serial on Colors

Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka in an upcoming show on Colors channel which is being produced by Sphere Origins.  The show was earlier titled as Baware Nain. 

The show will be a love triangle and is loosely based on Karan Johar directed film ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Preity Zinta and Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal roles.

The makers have already roped in newly married actor Shakti Arora (Meri Ashiqui Tum Se Hi fame) male lead actor of the show. He will be essaying the role of Kunal in the show.

TV actress Drashti Dhami, who was last seen in Star Plus’ Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil has been roped in to play the female lead role in this new show. It will be interesting to see Drashti in a love triangle, as she aces in romantic roles, be it Madhubala, Geet or Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani. Drashti will essay the role of Nandini in Silsila. Her character would be married to of a woman who is a in bad marriage.

Now reports are that actor Abhinav Shukla has also been roped in to play an important role in the soon-to-release show. Abhinav, who is soon going to check here tie the knot with actress Rubina Dilaik, will play an antagonist in the show. Earlier there were reports which suggested that actor Aham Sharma would play a grey character in the show. Abhinav was last seen in shows including Ek Hazaro Mein Meri Behna Hain, Jaane Kya Baat Hui, Chhoti Bahu and Hitler Didi.

About Dil Ho Toh Hai serial on Sony TV

Dil Hi Toh Hai is an upcoming show on Sony TV which is being produced by Ekta Kapoor’s banner Balaji Telefilms.

The show is said to be family drama and based on the popular Bollywood movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham.

As per latest reports, popular TV actor Karan Kundra (best known for playing the role of Arjun Punj in Kitani Mohabbat Hai and MTV Roadies X2 fame) will essay the male lead role of Ritwik Noon in the show and newbie Yogita Bihani will be paired opposite him in this love saga. Yogita recently shot to fame for featuring in alongside Salman Khan in Dus Ka Dum promo.

Also, actor Akshay Dogra will play the negative lead in the show. He will essay the character of Rishabh, the elder brother of the male lead. Akshay has earlier been part of shows like 12/24 Karol Bagh, Punar Vivah, Do Dil Ek Jaan etc.

Sony Entertainment Television has announced new changes to its weekday programme schedule

It is known that Sony TV is gearing up to launch  two new weekday non-fiction properties ‘Dus Ka Dum’ and ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ will be launching in the middle of the primetime schedule.

Also, the channel will be launching its new show (fiction drama), ‘Dil Hi To Hai’ which will feature popular actors Karan Kundra and newbie Yogita Bihani in lead roles. The show is being produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms and is a family drama which will is based on popular Bollywood movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gum.

NEW Schedule of Sony TV programmes

With this new shows going on air soon, there will be changes in telecast timings of the current shows including Mere Sai which will now telecast at 7.00 PM starting 28th may 2018 onwards. ‘Vighnaharta Ganesh’ will telecast at 19:30 and ‘Porus’ at 20:00. Mere Sai New shows ‘Dus Ka Dum’ (Monday – Tuesday) and ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ (Wednesday – Friday) will air between 20:30 – 22:00. New fiction ‘Dil Hi To Hai’ by Ekta Kapoor, will launch in the 22:00 slot, followed by ‘Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai’ at 22:30, ‘Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai’ at 23:00 and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:30.
